Police Department Updates
Lieutenant Woo: about seven car break-ins in Maymont, Randolph, and Byrd Park over the last month (small items/petty cash); possible link to Monroe Park closure to itinerant populations; home robberies on Meadow Street and a break-in on Texas Avenue. Frequent nighttime gunfire—tip: older silver four-door car; call police when gunfire is heard.
5th District and Maymont Updates

- Maymont open house December 4, noon–5pm.
- Red holiday bows: volunteers still interested in hanging bows.
